Kelly Whalen Palmer,
Senior Foreclosure Officer
For the past 26 years Kelly has enjoyed a diverse background
in the foreclosure industry. Starting in April 1981
Kelly began researching foreclosure properties at the
county recorder’s office, then moved into the
trustee support business, setting-up publications, property/public
postings and conducting trustee’s sale. Thereafter
Kelly began acting as a Trustee Sales officer, processing
non-judicial foreclosures from start to finish. Kelly
has experience in various types of non judicial foreclosures,
including residential, commercial, homeowner’s
association liens, mobile home, mixed collateral and
high liability foreclosures. In 1987 Kelly obtained
her paralegal certificate assisting in the legal issues
related to foreclosures, assignment of rents, relief
from automatic stay and unlawful detainers. Kelly has
been with West State Foreclosures, LLC since its inception,
acting as a Trustee’s Sale officer and office
manager.
Cary Greisen,
Principal/Attorney

Cary Greisen is an attorney, licensed California real
estate broker and a principal in West State Foreclosures,
LLC. Mr. Greisen attended University of the Pacific,
McGeorge School of Law, graduating in June 1986. Mr.
Greisen was admitted to the California State Bar in
December 1986 and has been in private practice in the
Sacramento/Roseville, CA area since his admission, involved
primarily in civil litigation and transactional work
relating to real estate. Mr. Greisen has experience
and is knowledgeable in all aspects of foreclosure practice
from transactional work in processing non judicial foreclosure
sales, negotiation and drafting of forbearance and workout
agreements, to litigation involving surplus funds, notice
issues, relief from stays, assignment of rents, injunctions
and other foreclosure related matters. Mr. Greisen also
has extensive experience in Landlord/Tenant practice,
frrequently representing property managers and private
owners in such matters, including evictions of former
owners or tenants following Trustee Sales. |
